The Saltist reels offer rugged “Full Metal Jacket” construction that is necessary with the super strong braided lines that are in use. You can choose from the standard 4.9 to 1 retrieve or the ultra high speed 6.4 to 1 retrieve models that pull in over 47 inches of line with every turn of the knob-perfect for kingfish.

The Saltist features a very rugged, all metal construction with a very rigid aluminum frame that is one-piece. These reels are CRBB shielded and have corrosion resistant ball bearings on the spool. The incredibly strong alloy gears provide you with 30% more winding power. The super drag can be set to a maximum drag pressure of 22 pounds and these reels have a dual-position power handle and a dual anti-reverse system.
